From time to time, our website will detect orders that are potentially fraudulent due to factors such as address, matching IP address, and similar purchase history.  

This does not mean your order is fraudulent, however it means that we must verify your identity to protect the credit card owner as well as our store.

If your order shows as a high-risk of fraud, we will reach out to you via support@lighthousekidscompany.com and offer a different method of payment, or a we may request to verify your identity via a government issued ID such as driver's license or passport as well as the credit card used to make the purchase.

In most cases, the orders are fine and this is just an added precaution to protect our customers from fraud.
