Return & Warranty Policy

At Lighthouse Kids Company, your happiness is important to us. Because our products are personal-use items, we have clear return rules to keep everything safe and clean for our customers.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds at this time. Some eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

To qualify for store credit, returned items must meet the following requirements:

• Item must be new, unwashed, and unworn
• Item must be free of stains, odors, and damage
• Item must come from a smoke-free home (no cigarette or cigar smoke)
• Item must be free of pet hair
• Item must be in clean, resellable condition

Before sending anything back, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every item comes with a 60-day manufacturer’s warranty.

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect within 60 days of purchase, please email us at LKCcustomerhelper@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a short description of the problem. Our team will gladly help you with your warranty claim.
