Return Policy

At Lighthouse Kids Co. your satisfaction is our primary concern, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it, please see our policies below.

 

Instructions For All Returns

      • Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchased date (for in-store customers) or within 7 days of received date for online orders. (Received date means the date the item was marked as "delivered" to the shipping address you provided.
      • All returns must be post marked within the 7 days of your received/delivered date.
      • We can only guarantee the return of new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
        • Washed diapers, wet bags, and all inserts are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of diapering items.
        • If a coupon code was used for a discount or for free merchandise and your order falls below the minimum dollar threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If a discount was used, it will also be deducted from your refunded amount. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
        • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns, no exceptions.
      • You must contact Lighthouse Kids Co. at support@lighthousekidscompany.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise.
      • Please note that Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend that you purchase package insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Lighthouse Kids Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.
      • Once we receive your package and all returned items are in returnable condition, we will issue you back your funds in the same method used to pay for your order.
      • Diapers must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, clean, and free of smoke, pet hair, or any smells or odors.
      • Used, washed diapers may not be returned.
      • Leggings, shirts, jersey swaddles, accessory pouches and custom items are made to order.  This means it cannot be refunded until you receive the item.  Please make sure that the product is in perfect condition with tags still attached.  All above refund policies apply.
      • Processing of a refund may take up to 7 business days.
      • Items such as cloth diapers, cloth diaper inserts, wet bags, phone cases, Outlet items, Black Friday- Cyber Monday sales, seconds sale items, Treet and pre-orders cannot be returned.
