Return & Warranty Policy

At Lighthouse Kids Company, your satisfaction truly matters to us. Since our products are intended for personal use, we have established specific guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every order.

Returns & Store Credit

At this time, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

To begin a return request, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required. Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be accepted. please contact our customer support team at LKCcustomerhelper@gmail.com. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a 60-day manufacturer’s warranty against defects or damage.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue within 60 days of purchase, please contact us at LKCcustomerhelper@gmail.com  with your order number and a description of the issue. We will be happy to assist you with a warranty claim.
