Every Lighthouse Kids Diaper comes with a 60 day limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.  We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that will look beautiful for years to come.  Our warranty covers items purchased through Lighthouse Kids Company's website or an authorized retailer.

Diaper/Swim Warranty Information

Here are things that ARE covered by our warranty:

*All of these criteria mean that the diaper was received with the defect.  If this happens after use, these terms do not apply as you received a perfect product and through use damaged the product.

• Stitching defect that affects functionality (not cosmetic) - received the diaper this way.
• Snap defect (melted, missing, broken, or deformed) - received the diaper this way.

Here are things that ARE NOT covered by our warranty:

• Marks that come off during wash.
• Cosmetic stitching issues.  Our diapers are sewn by hand.  Variation is normal.
• Double stitching in certain areas.
• Elastics not perfectly centered.
• Snaps not perfectly aligned.  Our diapers are sewn by hand.  Variation is normal.
• Misuse by owner.
• Detergent buildup.
• Hungry drier (eats up your diaper and snaps!)
• Bleach soaks/any bleaching/bleach burns.

Please remember that your diaper is a product that is washed and dried repeatedly, so the more diapers you have the more they will last. If you wash a few diapers every day, chances are they will wear out faster.

If your diaper is new and purchased from one of our retailers, please contact us with your warranty request and we will work with you to replace your diaper.
