Shipping, Cancellation, and Return Policy

Shipping

All orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING in the US and for APOs including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Some products due to weight restrictions may have a handling fee.

We strongly advise that you purchase insurance while checking out. All packages are mailed USPS.

  • Lighthouse Kids Co. is not liable for any lost packages - we strongly recommend you purchase insurance.
  • If an item ships directly from the manufacturer there may be some delays, we will contact you throughout the process so that you know the exact status of your order.

USA Shipping

Lighthouse Kids Co. is happy to announce FREE first-class/standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States as well as to APO/FPO. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also ship priority to Puerto Rico.

  1. All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
  2. Orders $250+ will be shipped with signature required upon receipt.
  3. Please note that with standard shipping, your order can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping Times

At Lighthouse Kids Co. we want to make sure you receive your orders fast! We ship within 24-48hrs (Mon-Fri), and because of this, it is very hard to cancel your order once it is placed, please make sure to look over everything before submitting your order.

Package Insurance

While not a requirement, we strongly recommend adding insurance to your package (this is an option in the checkout/shipping page). Once your package has been shipped it is our of our hands.

  1. Package Insurance covers only lost or damaged packages. If your package is insured or sent via priority mail and is stolen or missing from your mailbox you will have to file a police report and contact us immediately for further instructions.
  2. Please note that once your package is marked as "delivered" by USPS/UPS/FedEx, Lighthouse Kids Co. is no longer responsible. If you find your package missing after being marked as delivered please make sure to contact your mail carrier, at  your local post office for further instructions.

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it goes to our fulfillment department and it cannot be cancelled.  We process your order within 24hrs so it is not possible to cancel your order because it moves immediately to our shipping department.   Special orders may not be cancelled.  Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

At Lighthouse Kids Co. your satisfaction is our primary concern, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it, please see our policies below.

Instructions For All Returns

      • Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchased date (for in-store customers) or within 7 days of received date for online orders. (Received date means the date the item was marked as "delivered" to the shipping address you provided.
      • All returns must be post marked within the 7 days of your received/delivered date.
      • We can only guarantee the return of new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).
          • If a coupon code was used for a discount or for free merchandise and your order falls below the minimum dollar threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If a discount was used, it will also be deducted from your refunded amount. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
          • You must contact Lighthouse Kids Co. at support@lighthousekidscompany.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise.
          • Please note that Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend that you purchase package insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Lighthouse Kids Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.
          • Once we receive your package and all returned items are in returnable condition, we will issue you back your funds in the same method used to pay for your order.
          • Processing of a refund may take up to 7 business days.
