Please expect orders to ship within 3-8 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Shipping

All orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING in the US and for APOs, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Some products, due to weight restrictions, may have a handling fee.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping means your mail service is expedited, NOT fulfillment time.  You must wait for fulfillment (typically 3-5 BUSINESS days, no weekends or holidays), then your item will be shipped two days or express.  Fulfillment times will be listed on the top banner of the site.  We cannot guarantee your item will arrive at a specific date.

Shipping FAQ:

• Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are placed.
• Address cannot be changed after orders are placed. Please make sure your information is accurate upon checkout.
• LKC is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrectly entered addresses.
• LKC is not responsible for replacement if your address was entered incorrectly.
• If items is returned to us, customer is responsible for shipping fee back to the correct address.
• Shipping overage from multiple orders cannot be refunded.
• Once orders are placed, they are in queue at our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.
• Lighthouse Kids Co. is not liable for any lost packages - if it is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for your package.  Please reach out to your local post office to figure out a resolution.
