Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-8 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Current fulfillment timelines are always displayed in the top banner of our website.


Free U.S. Shipping

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150, including:

  • Contiguous United States

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • APO/FPO addresses

Some oversized or heavier products may include a small handling surcharge due to carrier weight restrictions.

All shipments include tracking information.

Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 7-10 business days after processing.


Expedited Shipping

Selecting expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit time only. It does not shorten our fulfillment window.

Your order must first complete the standard 3–8 business day processing period. Once shipped, expedited services will deliver according to the selected speed.

We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.


Important Shipping Information

Please review carefully before placing your order:

  • Orders cannot be combined once submitted.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be edited after checkout.

  • Lighthouse Kids Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Shipping overages from multiple orders cannot be refunded.

  • Orders enter our fulfillment queue immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local postal carrier directly. Once marked delivered, Lighthouse Kids Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


International Shipping

We happily ship worldwide.

To place an international order, simply enter your complete address and phone number at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and international fees.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country and customs processing.
