Order Cancellations:
Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please see our cancellation policy here.
Shipping Conditions:
- Please note that if you elect to not purchase shipping insurance and your items are lost we will not be able to replace them for you.
- We strongly recommend you purchase insurance for your items so you are protected.
- LKC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
- If your items are marked delivered and you have not received them, and you have NOT purchased insurance, LKC is not responsible. Please contact your local post office for more information.
Incorrect Address:
If you accidentally entered the incorrect address please email support@lighthousekidscompany.com immediately so we will try and change the address for you. LKC is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. If you entered the incorrect address and your order is not delivered to you, LKC is not responsible for any losses.
Order Modifications:
LKC reserves the right to accept or deny any orders.
Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be modified or changed in any way.
- Please make sure your address and personal information is correct. Once order is placed no changes can be made.
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and Exchanges are easy at LKC, however, before filing a claim, please familiarize yourself with our Return and Exchange Policy.
