Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed.
- Please verify that your address is completely accurate before placing your order.
- If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, Lighthouse Kids Company is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or modified. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Shipping address changes
- Product swaps
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discount codes after purchase

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 3-8 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Cancellations
All orders are final once submitted. Because orders enter our fulfillment queue immediately, we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed.
